After touring with Oasis in 1995 and chart success with Moseley Shoals, Ocean Colour Scene continued to release new material as well as a stem of successful live albums.

Saturday continues with the band’s brand of retro orientated Rock and was recorded at the iconic Rockfield Studios.

First Steps is an archive release featuring recordings from Leslie’s pre-Mountain band, The Vagrants, and Corky’s pre-Mountain band, Energy.

The material contained in this release is extremely rare with some of the recordings being previously unreleased.

Of major interest to Mountain fans will be the inclusion of previously unavailable recordings of Mountain taken from the sessions for their debut album Climbing.

Contains extensive sleeve notes detailing the tracks and the background to The Vagrants and Energy with contributions from the members of the bands featured.

2010 album from the Prog Rock supergroup featuring all four original members: John Wetton (King Crimson/UK), Steve Howe (Yes), Carl Palmer (ELP) and Geoffrey Downes (The Buggles).

While the band was an enormous success when they debuted in 1982, the original quartet fractured and Howe left in 1984.

It wasn’t until 2006 that the original foursome reconvened for a tour and then a new studio album in 2008.

Two years on from that album, Omega finds all four members at a new creative peak. Features 12 tracks including ‘Finger On The Trigger’, ‘I Believe’, ‘Holy War’ and more.
